Houston LRV – CAF

CETEST perfomed a complete test homologation campaing for this vehicle, aimed to run in Houston. At our facilities, we carried out the fatigue tests for the bogie frame and the structural verification of the carbody shell (component homologation); also, the static characterization tests, such as bogie rotational resistance and wheel unloading tests. On the other hand, once the vehicle was on the track, the dynamic performance was assessed, as well as the EMC and noise tests.
