Problem
Irregular temperature distribution in the passenger compartment not compliant with the specification requirements.
Aim
To get uniform temperature distribution in the passenger compartment to meet the specification requirements.
Test proposal
Air flow and temperatures were measured. Several configurations were tested.
Results
It was uncovered that the air outlets were not properly placed.
Solution proposal
After testing several configurations, new air outlets were proposed. The air was properly distributed in the passengers’ area achieving the required uniform temperatures.
