Floor heater characterization
Problem
Tough requirements to meet at the same time (floor heater cover temperature limits and power dissipation) under heating mode.
Test proposal
A 1:1 mock-up was designed. The mock-up was prepared to test several configurations measuring floor heater cover temperatures and power dissipation. Different constructive solutions were tested and analyzed.
Results
The system was optimized to meet both requirements.
