You can see further information about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetestgroup.com\/us\/instrumented-pantograph\/\">our instrumented pantograph<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wire uplift:<\/strong> The measurement system is non-intrusive, meaning that no modifications are required to the catenary. It is installed next to the track, with a camera aiming at the contact wire. This system measures the vertical displacement of the contact wire caused by the passing of a train. The vertical displacement obtained is evaluated according to the limits established in the standards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Measurement of arching:<\/strong> the number and duration of the arcs generated during the operation are measured.
