We can therefore run any tailor-made testing solution adapted to our client\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n<p>Some of these rigs are prepared for no-load studies <span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">and they are rotary, being able to simulate ramps and curves<\/span><\/span><\/span>. This test usually involves simulating several speed-torque blocks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum starting torque.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum breaking torque.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum gearbox design speed.<\/li>\n<li>Simulation of travel cycles with a combination of speeds and torques equivalent to (or higher than) those experienced by the gearbox during its service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During this test, the temperatures of the bearings and oil are monitored. Vibration and acoustic power measurements are also carried out to assess the gearbox during torque transmission.
